Chicken Calvados on Cinnamon Pasta
I love the combination of cinnamon, apples, and Calvados, but when I first conceived this recipe, I worried that the chicken and the pasta would throw off the flavor range. Happily they didn't, and the result is an unusually tasty dish. If you wish you can substitute cooked rice for the pasta called for in this recipe. Just mix the rice with the oil and cinnamon.
