Preparation:
Cook the beef and bacon, stirring, until the beef is crumbly. Add the onion, celery, and garlic and cook 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except he cabbage, and bring to a simmer.
Add the cabbage and cook, covered, until the cabbage is tender, about 3 minutes.
